Kristen McIntyre, K6WX, Appointed ARRL Pacific Division Vice Director

From ARRL: Kristen McIntyre, K6WX, of Fremont, California, has been appointed Pacific Division Vice Director, ARRL President Rick Roderick, K5UR, has announced.
