What will be expected: |
Hams staff fixed location rest stops, and provide communications between rest stop personnel and net control at the start / finish in Petaluma. Hams at rest stops relay the arrival of the first cyclists, supply requests, sag transportation requests, and departure of the final cyclists. Some hams volunteer to drive as sag units, who patrol the course, and support and aid the cyclists on the road. Sag units may transport cyclists or supplies as needed. Please supply your t-shirt size, when signing up. |
