{"id":1222,"date":"2014-06-14T14:13:39","date_gmt":"2014-06-14T21:13:39","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/w6sg.net\/site\/?p=1222"},"modified":"2014-09-02T15:46:02","modified_gmt":"2014-09-02T22:46:02","slug":"fcc-okays-changes-to-amateur-radio-exam-credit-et-al","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/w6sg.net\/site\/fcc-okays-changes-to-amateur-radio-exam-credit-et-al\/","title":{"rendered":"FCC Okays Changes to Amateur Radio Exam Credit, et al."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>In a wide-ranging Report and Order (R&amp;O) released June 9, the FCC has revised the Amateur Service Part 97 rules: changes will be effective 30 days after publication in The Federal Register.\u00a0 <strong>The FCC announced that the changes would take effect on Monday, July 21.\u00a0 The Federal Register published the new rules on June 20, according to the ARRL.
