Overview: The FAGES II 22 mile hike is an annual event by the Boy Scout Mt. Diablo Council. Amateurs man selected checkpoints and check in the various units by troop number and participants; radio the information to net control.\u00a0 \"fages<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

All stations<\/strong> are to announce arrival of\u00a0each Troop\u00a0as they pass through, indicating the number of Scouts and Adults in in each group.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
All stations<\/strong> advise Net Control of the\u00a0departure of the final Troop and the sweep.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
We have described the station locations as best we can. Station staffing may change from year to year, depending on the number of volunteers. The equipment recommendations are based on previous experience. Volunteers should be prepared for changing conditions.<\/strong><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
A change in route is necessary in 2016 because of a wash-out on Rifle Range Fire Road. The 2016 hike will Start and Finish at Alvarado Staging Area, off Park Bvd., in Richmond. Some stations will be changed.<\/strong><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
