Overview: The Dolphin Club Escape From Alcatraz is the original “Escape” triathlon. The commercial event grew out of that format, but the Dolphin Club and the South-End Running \/ Rowing Club decided to return to a smaller club-only event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
NOTE: TICK BLOOM – We have been informed of a ‘tick bloom’ on Mt. Tam, in late April, 2016. If your assignment takes anywhere where you might be at risk, TAKE PRECAUTIONS! Ticks in this area carry Lyme Disease.<\/span> <\/strong><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
All stations<\/strong> are to announce arrival of the numbers of the first five\u00a0runners as they pass through (in both directions).<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
All stations<\/strong> advise Net Control of the numbers of the final runners (in both directions), and arrival of the sweeps.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
