Activity Description:<\/td>\nFor a regular event, communications and sag support for the Davis Bike Club’s Davis Double Century, a two hundred mile bicycle ride.\u00a0\u00a0 200 miles in one day!\u00a0 YARS and other radio clubs provide support for this bike ride that starts and ends in Davis, via Clear Lake.\u00a0 Net Control, 10 Rest Stops, and lots of SAGs and Patrols.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
What will be expected:<\/td>\nHams staff fixed locations and pass communications to net control, including supply requests, sag requests, and reporting the arrival of non-ham sags.\u00a0 Ham Sags patrol the course, monitor rider progress, assist riders as needed, transport riders as needed, and ferry supplies between fixed locations.\u00a0 Please supply your t-shirt size, when signing up. This is not a MARS sponsored event,<\/strong> but several Marin hams volunteer, and we get volunteer support for some of our events from YARS members.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
